If, in conversion, all sins were forgiven to us, in the past, in the present and in the future, it would be useless for Christ to ask us to pray: “Forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven our debtors,” which he said, for “if you forgive men for their transgressions, your Heavenly Father will forgive you too. But if you do not forgive men for their transgressions, your Father will not forgive your transgressions” (Matthew 6:12-15). Most of us will eventually question or question God`s love. Having doubts doesn`t make us evil Christians. It makes us human. … Some say that all power given to the apostles died with them. Not like that. Some forces must have, such as the ability to write. But the forces necessary to maintain the Church as a living and spiritual society had to be passed down from generation to generation.

Christ commanded the apostles: “Now go and make disciples of all nations.” It would take a long time. And he promised them help: “I am always with you, until age” (Matthew 28:19-20). To change a habit, we must recognize the patterns of our life and either avoid the cue (close to sin), change the routine, or seek another reward. The earliest Christian scriptures, such as the 1st century Didache, are indeterminate in the confessional process that must be used in the forgiveness of sins, but a verbal confession is mentioned as part of the ecclesiastical requirement at the time of the Irea (A.D. 180). He wrote that the disciples of the Gnostic heretic Marcus “have deceived many women . . . . Some of these women make public confessions, others are ashamed of them, and in silence, as if they were withdrawing from the hope of God`s life, they are abhorrent or hesitating between the two courts” (Against Heerea 1:22). All religious and ethical systems that deny either the existence of a personal creator and legislator, which are different from his creation and superior to him, or, on the other hand, the existence of free will and responsibility in man, distort or destroy the true biblicothological notion of sin. At the beginning of the Christian era, the Gnostics, although their teachings varied in detail, denied the existence of a personal creator.

The idea of sin in the Catholic sense is not included in their system. There is no sin for them, unless it is the sin of ignorance, not the need for an atoning sacrifice; Jesus is not God (see GNOSTICISM). Manichaeism, with its two eternal principles, good and evil, in eternal war is also destructive to the true notion of sin. All evil and therefore sin is the principle of evil.
